Curriculum

The curriculum for the academy explores traditional and emerging leadership theories and is designed such that each participant develops an understanding of their individual talents, values, and interests as it relates to their capacity to become effective leaders.

Upon completion of the Leadership Academy curriculum, participants are awarded the LDA Digital Badge. Digital badges are an easy method of verifiable evidence of completion of the academy.
